Our Founder
Meet Samuel
I founded Pinnacle Property Services to focus on the type of cleaning work that requires the highest level of execution, attention to detail, and accountability.
After operating the Vancouver location for one of Canada’s largest residential cleaning franchises, Molly Maid, I gained a strong foundation in delivering consistent, high quality cleaning at scale. Through that experience, I saw that certain types of work, particularly deep cleaning and reset work, require a more detailed and hands on approach than standard cleaning services are designed for.
Pinnacle was built with that focus. We specialize in deep cleaning and reset work, and clients bring us in when a space needs to be brought back to standard and routine cleaning alone isn’t enough to get it there.
My goal is to raise the standard by delivering consistent, well-managed service built on professionalism, reliability, and pride in the work.
