Our Founder
Meet Samuel
I founded Pinnacle Property Services with a simple belief: cleaning should be done care, technical expertise, and respect for the spaces people live and work in. Too often, the industry (and clients) treat cleaning as a commodity rather than a craft, where shortcuts replace quality.
After operating the Vancouver location for one of Canada’s largest residential cleaning franchises, MOLLY MAID, I set out to bring that experience and expertise to a broader audience through Pinnacle.
My goal is to raise the bar in an industry that often works behind the scenes by delivering consistent, well-managed service built on professionalism, reliability, and pride in the work.

Certified Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
